Description
The group will be split in two and set up on stations to work moves with helper holds and specific instructions from coaches. Kids will rotate through the stations and get attention from both coaches. Coaches will ad and subtract helper holds to adjust movement, difficulty and focus to create the best environment for success in learned movement retention.
About Your Coaches
Steve Gaspar is the Head Coach of The Rock Warriors Climbing Team based out of Los Angeles California. Steve has been coaching at the national level since 2012, and is currently a USA Climbing L2 Coach, and L3 Routesetter having set multiple Youth Sport Climbing National Championships. Aside from climbing specific coaching experience, Steve is also an ISSA Certified Sports Nutritionist, DNA Wellness Specialist, and Youth Certified Personal Trainer. Steve has participated in Championship level clinics both as a routesetter and as a coach all over the country. He is always excited to meet new athletes who are excited to learn more about themselves, fine tune their climbing, and take their physical and mental performance to the next level!
