ABOUT LBR

To say we are just a climbing gym is an understatement. We aren't sure what the best way to describe ourselves is. In fact, we feel it’s almost impossible to do. There are things we offer but they aren’t who or what we are. For instance we offer rock climbing, yoga, dance, fitness and other gym things, but to say we are simply a gym just isn’t right.  Here’s what our founding owner thinks:

“Whatever it started out as, it isn’t anymore. And anything I think it is, it isn’t because my relationship to my business couldn’t be more different than the customer’s experience.  All I care about is whether the space is clean, the staff are friendly, and that every single rock climb absolutely bangs — and that our merch looks nice.”

We also think climbing is the best thing since sliced bread and we want everyone to love it and we think everyone should try it.
